Would you pay 11 Million Dollars for this kitchen? / by Charlie Kaine

I don't think you would.  At least not based on this photo.  Far too often I run across real estate listings with not so nice photos portraying their property.

You cannot underestimate the power of a beautiful photo to represent your property listing.  Most real estate agents understand this, but as you can see, not everyone has bought into this idea.

These photos are from an actual property listing in San Francisco, currently on the market for $11,250,000.00.  For anyone to even think about spending that kind of cash, I'm sure they would want to see some amazing images before even stepping foot on the property.

My goal as an interior design/architectural/real estate photographer is to attract as many potential buyers to a property as possible, which ultimately will help the seller get the absolute best offer.  Many potential home buyers are overseas and rely on visuals to narrow their search; and running into a photo like this with an 11 million dollar sticker price would quickly turn them away.

If you are in need of showing off your property and need professional photos, please contact me, and I guarantee your phone will be ringing non stop with above asking price offers.
